The Sanderson was an exciting project that gave I Project Fitouts the opportunity to help bring one of Sydney’s most distinctive dining destinations to life. Located within Sydney’s heritage-listed Beneficial House, The Sanderson is a contemporary interpretation of the classic New York seafood and steak brasserie, combining timeless elegance with a bold, maximalist interior designed to create a truly memorable dining experience.

Working alongside the talented team at Studio Y, we delivered a complete fit-out, managing every aspect of the project, including all landlord services. Our integrated approach ensured a seamless delivery while maintaining the high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail required for a venue of this calibre.

Since opening, The Sanderson has received significant industry recognition, including:

• One Hat – Awarded by the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide within weeks of opening.
