Eau-De-Vie Sydney was a unique and rewarding project that gave I Project Fitouts the opportunity to help deliver one of Australia’s most iconic cocktail bars. Inspired by the glamour of a hidden speakeasy, Eau-De-Vie combines exceptional hospitality, world-class cocktails and timeless design to create an intimate and unforgettable guest experience.

Working closely with the designers at Studio Y, we delivered a complete fit-out, managing every aspect of the construction process, including landlord services. As part of the project, our team designed, manufactured and installed custom joinery and in-house sheet metal fabrication, producing bespoke bar components, feature metalwork and detailed finishes that were integral to bringing the venue’s distinctive vision to life.

Every element of the fit-out was carefully coordinated to ensure a seamless integration of craftsmanship, functionality and design. From the iconic back bar and custom joinery to precision-fabricated metalwork and premium finishes, each component was built to complement the venue’s sophisticated atmosphere while meeting the operational demands of a high-end hospitality environment.
