Iron Bark

Iron Bark is a premium steakhouse celebrating exceptional produce, dry-aged meats and refined dining. Designed by DS17, the project reflects I Project Fit outs’ ability to deliver complex hospitality environments through integrated project management, in-house manufacturing, and commercial kitchen expertise.

Working closely with the design team, we managed every stage of the project, coordinating all trades, overseeing landlord works and ensuring the seamless delivery of the venue from construction through to completion.

Our in-house joinery team manufactured and installed every custom timber element throughout the restaurant using solid White American Oak and Classic American Oak laminate by NAV. The fit-out features beautifully crafted curved joinery, custom bars, feature cabinetry, banquette seating, shelving, and detailed timber panelling, all designed to complement the warmth and sophistication of the interior. Every piece was manufactured with precision to achieve the designer’s vision while delivering the durability required in a premium hospitality environment.

Complementing the timber craftsmanship, our in-house sheet metal division fabricated and installed the complete stainless steel and custom metalwork package, ensuring every element met the highest standards of functionality and finish.

I Project Fitouts also supplied and installed the complete commercial kitchen equipment package, delivering a high-performance kitchen designed to support Iron Bark’s premium dining experience. The open kitchen has been carefully integrated into the restaurant, allowing guests to experience the theatre of cooking while providing an efficient and functional workspace for the culinary team.

The result is a sophisticated hospitality venue where exceptional craftsmanship, premium materials and expertly integrated commercial kitchen solutions come together to create one of Sydney’s standout steakhouse destinations.
